The news space aims to inform about new food trends through direct testimonies from the protagonists and companies in the sector, technological innovations, the story of new "circular" trends with respect to production and regulatory updates. The platform aims to evolve through multimedia contents that can, through new narrative and storytelling forms, also promote training activities and new research and development projects. Because a sustainable economy can only exist if supported by an adequate knowledge economy.
